What is Mjog Cloud?
As part of our commitment to continuously improve the user experience of our practice partners, we have launched Mjog Cloud. Mjog Cloud delivers the same intuitive practice platform you know through cloud software.

With Mjog Cloud, you’ll enjoy the increased accessibility the cloud offers with the ability to access the platform anywhere, anytime.
Preparing for migration
To prepare for migration, you will need to update usernames and passwords for all Mjog users. This must be completed at least three days prior to migration. It is vitally important that all usernames and passwords for Mjog are secure and any users that are no longer working for your surgery are deleted.
Mjog administrators can do this by following the below instructions.
Step 1: from the Mjog Home Page, click Settings and select the Administration tab
Step 2: click Manage Mjog Users and select Edit on the user you wish to update
Step 3: change the Username to the user’s NHS email address and update the password (format given below)
Step 4: delete any users that are no longer required and click Save settings
Please update in line with the following format:
Minimum length of 8 characters including at least 1 letter(s), 1 number(s), 1 lower case letter(s), 1 upper case letter(s) 1 symbol(s). Allowed symbols: #_!$%^&*-+=[]{}@~?/.,
Please ask users to change their password at next login.
After your migration is finished we will send you an email containing a link to Mjog Cloud. Bookmark this in your browser so you are able to access it easily and share with your practice.
