Mjog has been helping the NHS engage with patients for over 12 years. Our flexible approach is focused on providing great value healthcare software for practices, PCNs, and ICBs.
At Mjog, we believe that everybody should have access to healthcare. And as obvious as that sounds, there are many people in the UK who are not receiving the care they need. To counteract this, we provide innovative technology that ensures healthcare providers can reach and engage all of their patients.
We immediately put the patient in the frame when we think of the end user, and that is reflected during the entire product design process. This much is certainly true, but we as technology developers and providers must also think about the needs and requirements of the clinical teams who will also be using this tech. By creating intuitive, affordable solutions, we allow practices to focus on what they do best; providing great healthcare for those that truly need it.

We’ve made a concerted pivot towards user-centred design in recent years. By working closely with our Flagship Practices, we test and develop new features and functionality regularly.
We also work with our Flagship Practices to observe how they are using our products and any new functionality we’ve created. This gives us an invaluable first-hand understanding of how our solutions are working in the environment they were designed for.
