Find out how Mjog by Livi has been helping GP practices to collate valuable patient feedback and measure effectiveness through its clear reporting.
What is the FFT?
The FFT was created to help service providers and commissioners understand whether patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It's a quick and anonymous way for patients to share their views after receiving NHS care or treatment.
The FFT supports the fundamental principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience.
How does Mjog help?
The ability for patients to submit anonymous feedback is available as standard across our products, and it is a function a lot of our GP practice customers use.
With Mjog by Livi, practices can send automatic follow up texts to patients within two hours of their appointment. The text simply asks them to rate their appointment on a scale. If the patient responds to this, they receive another text asking for a comment – allowing for more qualitative feedback, and giving everyone who uses a particular service the opportunity to give feedback through a standard format. Each response is anonymous and doesn’t appear on the patient’s medical record.
Through Mjog:
100% of patients can be covered – the solution can be used by all patients following their GP or clinic appointment.
Clear reporting made simple – All data can be made ready for monthly extraction and analysis to be sent to NHS England in the relevant format, and gives you your scores based on adjustable filters e.g. month, site, clinic.
Measure your clinics effectiveness – filter by clinics giving visibility of how effectively individual clinics are working, and how engaged patients are with your Practice.
