In return, for those who want to level-up their patient engagement, Flagship practices get exclusive access to Mjog's latest technology before wider rollout to our 4,000+ practices.
Flagships work closely with our teams and give detailed feedback on how they use Mjog products. This gives us an invaluable first-hand understanding of how our solutions are working in the environment they were designed for.
As you can imagine, communication between us and our Flagship practices is very much continual. This is why we've created this blog post to offer you the chance to get to know our Flagship team.

Jonathan Duffy: Head of Practice Engagement
I joined Livi from the NHS where I held management roles at both practice and PCN level. I also sat on the Governing Body of Camden Clinical Commissioning Group for three years. Previous to my work in the NHS, I worked in Healthcare and Education in the UK and overseas.
I now head up the Livi Practice Engagement Team & the Mjog Flagships teams - both teams have a similar mission - to ensure that we listen to practice voices, to advocate for the practice user, above all to ensure that practice needs are always at the centre of Livi and MJog's planning and thinking.
Liz Newcomer: Mjog Flagship Engagement Manager
My name is Liz, and I'm one of the Flagships Engagement Managers on the Mjog/Livi team. When I'm not working, I'm training for the London Marathon with Boston Children's Hospital!
Prior to this, I worked in the NHS doing project management in a GP practice as well working on the centralised quality improvement team for a large NHS trust. I'm incredibly passionate about patient-centred care and advocacy from the one-on-one patient experiences I had clinically at a hospital in the US, and am driven towards improving the patient experience for all patients.
My role as a Flagship Engagement Manager is to keep in touch with practices and ensure they have everything they need to engage with patients effectively. I help to book in training and gather feedback on new features too.
I have my Bachelors of Arts degree in Public Health from the University of Washington, as well as my Masters of Science in Health Management from City, University of London. Additionally, I received my Patient Experience and Pre-Licensed Clinical Care Certification from UCLA.
**Frazer Jennings: **Flagship Programme Manager
Hi! My name is Frazer and I am the Flagship Programme Manager on the Mjog team. I have been with Mjog since 2017 originally starting on the Support team before transitioning onto the Flagship team which I have been a part of since October 2020.
I'm focused on improving our clinical, and non-clinical tools via our Flagship practices. With the help of our amazing contacts, we have seen a massive improvement of our products over the last year or so.
I studied Computer Science at Anglia Ruskin University whilst zooming around Cambridgeshire delivering food goods for a local retailer as a part-time job.
In my spare time, you will typically find me inside a weight room picking heavy things up and putting them down again, and playing video games. I also LOVE playing & watching football (it's coming home).
Laura Knight: Mjog Flagship Engagement Manager
Hello, My name is Laura and I am one of the Flagship Engagement Managers on the Livi/Mjog team. I am also a Business Development Manager for Mjog.
I have been working for Livi/Mjog for nearly a year and am absolutely loving this role and engaging with our amazing customers and striving to give them the best possible customer experience across all of our solutions. Flagship Practices can get in touch with me to discuss feature requests, give feedback, and to book in bespoke 1-1 MJog training.
Previous to working in Healthcare I worked in the financial sector. Again engaging with customers and building strong lasting relationships.
Away from work I love being outdoors. I have enjoyed running for many years and have completed various half marathons and 1 marathon. At present my next challenge is the 3 peaks challenge.
Brendan Goodjohn: Mjog Flagship Strategist
With two decades' experience in customer-centric roles from retail to legal and previously leader of the Deployment team and the voice of Mjog training, I am now responsible for ensuring that the Flagship Programme and the Mjog/Livi solutions meet the demands of the modern digital practice.
Working alongside the Mjog and Livi marketing, product and support teams for compiling and assessing incoming practice feedback; I promote the voice of the customers and users to drive future developments within our whole suite of products.
Debra Walters: Mjog Flagship Engagement Manager
Hi, I'm Debra! I have been with Livi since 2019 in Medical Operations as our first Talent Manager recruiting GPs.
I have now joined the Mjog team as Flagships Engagement Manager. I thoroughly enjoyed my recruiting role, talking with GPs every day, and look forward to continuing that in this role.
I am an Aussie and have been in the UK for 2 years. "Why did you leave Oz?" is the question I hear all the time. Answer: so I can hop over to Europe for a weekend break. Well thanks to COVID, that has not happened yet!
I discuss new features, training, and development requests with our Flagship Practices so that the voice of the practice is fully heard within Mjog & Livi.
In my spare time you'll find me hanging out with my dog, Frankie, and taking my girls to Netball and Showjumping events!
